Miami, Florida, Escribe Hugo Marino Romero. Enero 2020.–El domingo 26 Apóstol Lidia Rodríguez, directora de Ministerios El Buen Pastor Internacional recibió una visita de cortesía. Se trata del joven ucraniano Oleksandr Fediakin quién se considera un artista de corazón al que le apasiona la música, artes digitales, artesanía en madera, la cocina y la panificación.
Fediakin llegó a las instalaciones de MEBPI con cerca de 20 panes grandes para obsequiarlos. Dijo que él los prepara y que su negocio tiene por nombre Monarch Bread industria que estableció en Miami Beach hace un poco más de tres años. Agregó que sus instalaciones ahora están en Food Art Catering en 220 SW, 31 Street, Fort Lauderdale.
Oleksandr Fediakin dice que todos los productos que prepara son Certificados Kosher Parve Pass Yisroel. Es decir sin carne, pescado ni productos lácteos. Agrega que su misión consiste en transmitir el conocimiento sobre las formas tradicionales de elaborar alimentos de una manera elegante sin preservativos ni productos químicos.
Explica que sus padres todavía viven en Ucrania donde –agrega– hay una situación de guerra que no había desde que salió de su país en 2009. Cuenta que tiene un hermano con familia formada. “Con él crecimos en un pueblo muy pequeño, trabajando en nuestro jardín y cuidando ganado».
De sus abuelos indica que fueron los primeros trabajadores en establecerse en Ucrania después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, ellos son veteranos de esa conflagración y poseen alma y mente muy adecuadas. Ellos criaron a nuestra familia con una moral muy alta y con ideales de disidencia.
Fediakin explica que ha sido una maravilla que su familia emigre a Estados Unidos de América.
En mi caso, siendo universitario me acogí a un programa de intercambio de estudiantes y luego de graduarme realicé prácticas en administración de empresas.
Vine a vivir a Miami, señala, luego subraya: “Trabajé en diferentes industrias, y negocios privados”. Hace un poco más de tres años que decidí crear Monarch Bread para la preparación de panes hebreos y presentarlo a la comunidad. Tengo la seguridad, hasta el momento, que no hay nada como este producto.
Nuestros principales productos dice Oleksandr Fediakin son: Panes artesanales de masa madre: Pan Blanco artesanal con multicereales de trigo sarraceno y aceitunas negras. También preparamos Sourdough Honey Challah; Magdalenas de chocolate y Muffins caseros de arándanos, asimismo Galletas de avena y chispas de chocolate. He explains that his parents still live in Ukraine where – he adds – there is a war situation that had not existed since he left his country in 2009. He has a brother with a family formed. “With him we grew up in a very small town, working in our garden and taking care of cattle».
Of his grandparents he indicates that they were the first workers to settle in Ukraine after World War II, they are veterans of that conflagration and that they have strong soul and mind. They raised our family with a very high morale and ideals of dissent.
Fediakin explains that it has been a wonder of his family emigrates to the United States of America. In my case, I being a university student, I took part in a student exchange program and after graduating I did an internship in business administration.
